While on a trip to the Poconos to help a friend winterize her home for the winter, I decided since it was such a nice day with the temperture in the 60's I took a walk into the forest near by. I heard some trickling and headed over to where I heard the sound. It was a medium size lake so I began to take some photos of it. Then I noticed along the shore line along the bank of the lake there was plenty of lily pads floating in the shallow calm water. The lily pads were changing color as we were right in the beginning of autumn. I took several photos to capture the rocks, tree braches, leaves and of course the lily pads in this calm serene setting.
